I HATE CPAP LLC (LLC) owns the registered service mark "I Hate CPAP!"®. It charges those it allows to use the mark (Licensees) a royalty for the right to use it and for the right to post information on a dedicated page (a Licensee Page) on the LLC website (Site). The royalty is unrelated to a Licensee's patient revenue, income or volume.

LLC is not licensed to practice medicine or dentistry and is not offering to provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, treatment, products or services of any kind.
