The pandemic has been a cause of weight loss around the world which is the best way to increase sleep apnea.  This is a particularly bad time as Phillips Respironics has recalled millions of CPAP machines due to toxic foam used for sound dampening breaking down and being blown into patients airways under pressure.

Many patients avoid sleep studies because they don't want CPAP and only about 25% of patients are successful utilizing CPAP!

The good news is that oral appliances are a comfortable alternative to CPAP preferred by over 90% of patients offered a choice.

There are a wide variety of appliance that are now considered a first choice for mild to moderate sleep apnea and an alternative treatment for severe sleep apnea.
